Policies

Reservation Policies

Reservations are required for dinner and highly recommended for brunch/lunch.  Reservation confirmation codes (provide at the time of reservation confirmation) may be requested if we do not have record of your reservation. For the best chance for the time/table of your choice, we recommend calling at least three days in advance. You may ask to be added to our wait list to receive notification of open tables in the event that there is a cancellation or guests do not show.

If you have made a reservation and can’t make it for any reason, or the number in your party changes, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your table to other parties.  Any party that repeatedly makes reservations and does not show will be charged a non-refundable reservation fee upon future bookings, which will be applied to the check if the reservation is fulfilled.

We do not take reservations after service has begun.  Therefore, reservations for brunch will end at 10AM and dinner at 5PM for the day of service.  Any guests who have not made a reservation prior to service will be considered walk-ins and may have to wait for a table, if one becomes available, and we will do our best to accommodate.

We allow a comfortable two hours for dinner reservations and about an hour and a half for brunch.  If you have a table reserved and seated before yours and that table takes longer than the two hours, we will do our best to accommodate you with a new table, or there may still be a wait time.

If you have requested a table on the patio and there is the threat of inclement weather, we will do our best to move your party inside but will only be able to accommodate if tables are available.

As a very small establishment with limited seating, we do not have an answering service.  We ask that you leave a message on our reservation line at 575-405-9444 with your full name, the date and time of the requested reservation and the number in your party.  We check all messages several times each day and return phone calls to confirm reservations.  We are currently fielding over 100 calls each day and ask for your patience as we do our best to confirm all guests to the best of our ability.

We do not take reservations by email, Facebook, Instagram or other forms of communication.

We reserve the right to refuse subsequent reservations to any party who is rude or belligerent to any member of our team or other guests.

Happy Hour Seating

Happy Hour is first come/first served and is served in the bar and patio only while we reset the dining room and get ready for our evening.  Tables that are reserved for the patio for dinner will be marked as such and we ask that guests respect all reserved table times.  All happy hour food orders must be made by 4:30 PM. 

Dress Code

Business Casual is the recommended dress code for all meals.

Allergies and Food Restrictions

Please notify your server if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions that may cause harm to your health. We will do everything we can to make the proper accommodations and prevent cross-contamination.
